Annual General Meeting

Date: Meeting on Aug 5, 8:30pm

Location: Online Meeting (Details TBA)


Agenda:
  • Approval of the agenda
  • Approval of minutes of the previous Meeting of the Membership
  • Reports and Activities of the Association during the preceding year
  • Consideration of any proposed amendments
  • Financial Statement
  • Election of the new Board

All parents with players registered with Dundas Minor Hockey in the 2020-2021 season are invited to attend.
 
The Board of Directors has passed a motion to allow amendments and nominations up to 2 week before the AGM.

Amendments to the Rules of Operation and Bylaws must be submitted to the Administrator of DMHA through [email protected] no later than July 22, 2021.

Nominations for elected and appointed positions must be received by the Administrator of DMHA through [email protected] no later than July 22, 2021.

Executive Vice-President - Position open for nominations

Vice-President, Representative Hockey  - Position open for nominations

Vice-President, Junior House League - Position open for nominations

Vice-President, Senior House League  -  Vacant. Position open for nominations

Equipment Manager -  Vacant, Position open for nominations for remaining 1 yr term

Public Relations Director  - Position open for nominations

Special Events Director -  Position open for nominations

Head Trainer - Vacant, Position open for nominations for remaining 1 yr term

Head Coach - Vacant. Position open for nominations for remaining 1 yr term

 

Appointed Positions

Ice Scheduler- Position open for nominations
