When do my certification requirements need to be completed?

All house league coaches and trainers are required by the OMHA to have the proper certification by November 15th of the current hockey season.

Where Do I Find a Certification Clinic?

All coaching clinics and course are now listed in the new Hockey Canada Portal: https://register.hockeycanada.ca/clinics

Police Check (Police Vulnerable Sector Check)

All coaches, on-ice help and bench staff will require a valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check - (VSC)
Applications can be done online and cost $25. Turnaround time is approximately 30 calendar days
