We're thrilled to announce that DMHA will host the NHL/NHLPA First Shift program for 2024-2025! Registration opens Monday, June 3 at 12 p.m. The program is open to children aged 6-10 who have never enrolled in minor hockey or the First Shift program. The cost is $299 per participant, including a 6-week program, insurance and full Bauer equipment. Sessions will be Mondays, 6-7 p.m. at JL Grightmire Arena on Jan 27, Feb 3, Feb 10, Feb 24, Mar 3, and Mar 17. Early registration is encouraged due to limited spots.

We’re thrilled to announce that Dundas Minor Hockey Association (DMHA) has been selected to host the NHL/NHLPA First Shift program for the 2024-2025 season!
The program is open to children aged 6-10 who have never enrolled in minor hockey or the First Shift program, with eligible birth dates between January 1, 2014, and May 1, 2019. The cost is $299 per participant, which includes the 6-week program, insurance, and full Bauer hockey equipment. All necessary equipment will be provided at the Welcome Event.
On-ice sessions will be held Mondays, 6-7 p.m. at JL Grightmire Arena on Jan 27, Feb 3, Feb 10, Feb 24, Mar 3, and Mar 17
