Welcome to the 2024-2025 DMHA hockey season! Lots of work has been happening behind the scenes, and we are so excited to hit the ice on our opening day, Saturday, September 28th.

Mascot Naming Contest
- To make Opening Weekend even more fun, on Sunday we’ll be holding a Mascot Naming Contest for the newest member of the DMHA Family!
- Be sure to visit our voting station at the arena and help choose the name for our new mascot from a list of fantastic options, including Riff, King, Chilly Dog, Captain Blue, and more
- All kids who vote will receive a sticker, and they’ll be entered into a draw to win a Dundas Blues jersey!
Convenors:
- In the coming days you’ll hear from our fabulous convenors from each division, they will have more specific details for each age group
- Feel free to contact them with any questions
Volunteers
- Our Coaches, Trainers and On-Ice Helpers are the backbone of our association!
- We are looking for volunteers in every division, please contact your convenors if you are interested
- Check out the Coaches tab on our website for qualifications needed to help on the ice
Select Tryouts
- Select hockey is perfect for those looking for more hockey, at a more competitive level, without the cost & time commitment of rep hockey
- Select teams feature an additional 1-2 hours per week on top of house league, with up to 4 games per month, and 2-3 tournaments throughout the season
- Select Tryouts cost $50, Register Here
- Tryouts run the week of Sept 20th, check out our DMHA Calendar for details
- Select Fees will be approx $650 for the season, teams may choose to do their own individual fundraising throughout the year as well
Development Sessions
- Our first round of U11-U15 development sessions starting next week are sold out
- Another session will be offered from mid-November to the end of December, stay tuned for details
- A few spaces remain in our U9 Development Program, which will run on Thursdays @ 5pm throughout the season, just $200 for 18 sessions, Register Here
