If you have misplaced your QR code card, Future Stars can assist you. Simply email [email protected] with the following details:
- Your name
- Your player’s name
- The league they play for
- A note indicating that the QR code card has been misplaced and you require your access code
Their customer service team will provide the necessary information by email, as they prefer written requests for accurate record-keeping.
