Dear DMHA Families,

 

We’re thrilled to share that the Dundas Minor Hockey Association and Dundas Select merch stores are now officially OPEN! Whether you’re gearing up for the season or looking for the perfect gift, we’ve got something for everyone.

To make it even easier, we’re offering two free delivery options this season:

  • Fall drop: Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024 (DEADLINE TO ORDER: OCTOBER 4, 2024)
  • Holiday Drop: Saturday, Dec.14, 2024 (DEADLINE TO ORDER: NOVEMBER 24, 2024)

 

Take advantage of these dates to have your order delivered directly to J.L. Grightmire Arena.

 

Missed the deadline? No worries! You can still place orders, but you’ll need to pick them up at West End Sports, located at 875 Main St W, Hamilton, ON L8S 4P9.

 

Hockey Bags: Please note, if you’re planning to order a hockey bag, please ensure your purchase is made by December 1 as quantities are limited.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All orders are custom-made. We’ll contact you directly if any stock issues arise.
  • No refunds or exchanges are available, so please double-check your size and color before ordering. If you need help with sizing, feel free to reach out.
  • Orders are compiled at the end of each calendar month and will be ready approximately by the middle of the following month.

 

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:

At Checkout, you will see 2 options:

  1. Delivery to Arena:
    • Select "Delivery or Ship to my Address" and choose Local Delivery to the Arena. These occur on Oct. 26 and Dec. 14.
  2. Pick Up at West End Sports:
    • Select "I'll Pick Up Myself."

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your order will remain "awaiting process" until it’s ready. When complete, you’ll receive another email for pickup or delivery details.

Pick-up will be available at West End Sports (875 Main St W, Hamilton, ON L8S 4P9).

 

Remember, our stores are open all season long—shop whenever it suits you!
