Minor Atom Blues in Essex!
Our Minor Atom Blues took to the road this weekend to participate in Essex Minor Hockey’s 40th Annual Earlybird Tournament. As an AE team in an A tournament the Minor Atoms fought hard and tied their first game against longtime Dundas rival Riverside.
Their second day was their best day - the kids went out on the ice and battled with heart and hard work. The Blues lost their 3rd game in score but not in effort. They went on to tie their last game against the Amherstburg Stars.
Coach Hughes was very impressed with our young players and how professionally the team presented themselves. The coaching staff has done a great job! Well done, Minor Atom Blues.
