Vaccinated Requirements 
OMHA will be mandating that all eligible participants involved in minor hockey are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for the upcoming season by October 31, 2021. This includes players (12yrs old or above), coaches, trainers, assistant coaches, managers and on-ice help.

When do my certification requirements need to be completed?

All house league coaches and trainers are required by the OMHA to have the proper certification by November 15th of the current hockey season.

Police Check (Police Vulnerable Sector Check)

All coaches, on-ice help and bench staff will require a valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check - (VSC)
Applications can be done online and cost $25. Turnaround time is approximately 30 calendar days
