Blues and Trappers Support Hamilton Food Share
At this past Monday's international exhibition game, between the Dundas Blues Bantam AE, and the Tilburg Trappers from the Netherlands, those attending were asked to bring a canned good or other food item, and a toonie, to be donated to charity.
The Blues and Trappers are thrilled to announce, thanks to the generosity of the fans, a whopping total of 356 lbs. of food, and almost $300 in cash has been donated to Hamilton Food Share.
Members of the Blues made the donation on Wednesday, October 22nd, before practice.
Thanks again to everyone who attended, and helped out this vital and very worthwhile organization.
