Penalties Hurt Blues in Loss to Huskies
For the second consecutive night, the Dundas Bantam AE Blues allowed three power play goals, and it was the difference, in a 3-2 loss to the New Hamburg Huskies, in Tri-County Russell action at the Market Street Arena.

The Blues got on the board first, in the waning minutes of the opening period, as Jonny Brown did some great work around the net, to bury a loose puck, and give the home side the lead.

In the second period, the parade to the penalty box began for both teams, and when Dundas found themselves shorthanded, the visitors were able to convert on three occasions, to lead 3-1 with one period to play.

The Blues narrowed the gap to one goal, with a power play marker of their own, early in the third, as Alex Zegarac took a pass from Matt Czum, to make it a 3-2 score.  The Blues had some excellent chances down the stretch, but were unable to get the equalizer.
